Man sentenced to 4 years for stealing money from Turnberry Associates
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Rocco Lazazzaro, 55, has been sentenced to more than 4 years in prison after embezzling millions of dollars from several Las Vegas properties.
Lazazzaro was also given 3 years of supervised release and ordered to pay $3.7 million in restitution.
Lazazzaro pled guilty in May to conspiracy to commit wire fraud. He was accused of stealing money from Turnberry Place, Town Square, and the Residences at MGM.
In his plea agreement, he admitted that he worked with Hope Ippoliti to steal the money from Turnberry Associates.
Ippoliti pled guilty in March.
