Man accused in teen police Explorer's death denied bail

Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The man accused in the crash that killed a Valley teen will not be getting out of jail anytime soon.
Jvon Williams faced a judge Wednesday morning.
He's the man accused of killing 19-year-old police Explorer Angel Velasquez in a hit and run crash on Aug. 1.
Williams' lawyers asked for reduced bail or to be put on house arrest.
The judge denied both requests.
