Bullhead City, AZ (KTNV) -- Police arrested 23-year-old Rocky Tairit Perez of Fort Mohave after a spree of violent crimes in the Tri-State area.

Perez was wanted for kidnapping, aggravated assault, robbery and theft that occurred on Nov. 5 in Fort Mohave.

On Friday around 8:20 a.m., a female victim reported she went outside her apartment to have a cigarette when a man asked if he could come inside and charge his phone.

The woman said the man, later identified as Perez, appeared to be heavily under the influence of drugs and told him no. Perez then allegedly pulled out a handgun from his waistband and racked the weapon.

The woman told Perez to put the gun away and she would help him. Perez then told the woman he needed to hide, so she took him to the apartment laundry room and went back to her apartment.

Then a short time later, Perez knocked on another neighbor's door and went into the apartment uninvited. The two women were able to get him out of the apartment.

Authorities said Perez stole car keys from one of the victims and fled in her vehicle. That's when a police pursuit took place.

He was eventually tracked down by authorities and had meth and a syringe in his pocket.

He was booked and now faces numerous charges.
