Henderson, NV (KTNV) -- A urologist in Henderson has been indicted.
Michael Kaplan is accused of putting patients at risk of disease after reusing needle guides during prostate procedures.
The indictment said Kaplan reused needles to save money.
He's also accused of lying to the State Medical Board and the media about the practice he used in 2010 and 2011.
Kaplan said in 2011, a salesman told him he could reuse the product despite the label instructions.
