Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed in Los Angeles stemming from the plane crash that claimed the life of Mexican-American pop star Jenni Rivera and six others.
Her husband Dodgers pitcher Esteban Loaiza claims the pilots of the plane weren't licensed to fly paying passengers.
Rivera had filed for a divorce from Loaiza two months before the crash, but he claims he was still receiving financial benefits from her.
