Las Vegas police officers and firefighters battle on ice for cancer

CREATED Feb. 2, 2014

Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The annual Guns N' Hoses hockey game took place on Saturday in the Orleans Arena at The Orleans.

The game pits Las Vegas police officers against local firefighters.

It's a charity event that raises money for Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada, a local non-profit organization that provides support and services for families of children diagnosed with cancer.

The police and fire departments team up with the Las Vegas Wranglers each year to put on the charity game, which is a double tournament.
