Las Vegas man arrested for arson of local supply warehouse
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A Las Vegas man was arrested this week for committing an arson affecting interstate commerce.
48-year-old Reynaldo Staana has been charged with one count of damaging and destroying by means of fire a building and other property used in interstate commerce.
Staana was arrested by ATF agents and Clark County investigators after the service of search warrants and evidence was seized.
According to the criminal complaint, on Sept. 8, the Beauty Supply Warehouse on Nellis Boulevard was intentionally set on fire after it was burglarized.
The cause of the fire was determined to be arson and the estimated loss is more than $2 million.
