Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Former Las Vegas Review-Journal columnist Corey Levitan and his wife, Jo Ann, are among the stars of a new A&E reality special produced by Dr. Phil McGraw.
"The Marriage Test" shows the Levitans and three other couples putting their vows through the ringer while living together for a week under the same roof.
Husband-and-wife marriage coaches Will Craig and Laurie Gerber watch the four couples 24/7 in order to uncover the couple's issues and try to help them.
At the end of the week, each couple has to decide whether to recommit and stay together or to break up and go their separate ways.
Corey's inability to put his marriage first in his life and Jo Ann's stress management will be addressed during the reality special.
In addition to Corey and Jo Ann, there is Jacque and Danny, who fight constantly in front of their children; newlyweds Thomas and Jeanine, who have trust issues; and Shannon and Joey, whose marriage is in jeopardy because of Joey's infidelity.
The show premieres Saturday at 10 p.m. on A&E. For Corey's take, see his blog at www.coreylevitan.com.
Levitan used to write the popular Fear & Loafing column which ran for five years in the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
