Nye County, NV (KTNV) -- Notorious Hollywood madam and Pahrump resident, Heidi Fleiss, is in trouble with the law again.
On Tuesday around 3:30 a.m., Nye County officers observed Fleiss driving on SR-160. A records check revealed the registration was suspended and Fleiss did not have a license.
A traffic stop was conducted.
During the stop, detectives found four-ounces of marijuana. They also said Fleiss appeared to be under the influence of marijuana.
Field sobriety tests showed she was under the influence.
In addition, a large amount of cash was found in the vehicle which was seized in connection with the arrest.
Fleiss was booked into the Nye County Detection Center on numerous charges: Under the influence of a controlled substance, DUI drugs, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of greater than one-ounce of marijuana, driving without a license, driving with suspended registration and driving with no insurance.
Back in August, Fleiss was busted for allegedly growing nearly 400 marijuana plants on her property in Pahrump.
