(KTNV) -- Actor and singer David Cassidy is facing drunken driving charges after he was arrested in upstate New York.
The former star of "The Partridge Family" and former Las Vegas resident was pulled over at a check point shortly after midnight on Wednesday for driving with his high beams on.
Cassidy allegedly had a blood alcohol level of .10 and was arrested on the spot. The legal blood alcohol in New York is .08.
Cassidy currently lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. According to CNN, this is not the first time that he has been charged with driving under the influence.
He also entered a no contest plea as a first-time offender in February 2011 after being arrested in November 2010.
Cassidy replaced Michael Crawford in the show "EFX" in 1996 at the MGM Grand. He left the show in 1999 after injuring his foot during the physically-demanding show.
He also created "The Rat Pack is Back" and appeared in the Las Vegas show "At the Copa."
