Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The former Clark County School District employee accused of theft entered a plea of not guilty in a Las Vegas courtroom Monday morning.
Priscilla Rocha, Jerome Rocha and Donnie Placencia pled not guilty during their initial arraignment. All three of the defendants and another person are facing multiple charges.
Priscilla Rocha was employed by the Clark County School District and Donnie Placencia was a tutor for the school district. Jerome Rocha is Priscilla's son.
An investigation found that $130,000 was deposited into the Rochas' jointly held bank account since 2005. They are accused of stealing school property, including 30 new computers.
Priscilla Rocha is also accused of using school district money to buy a beauty saloon inside of an indoor swap meet.
The Rochas were ordered to turn over their passports by the judge. Placencia does not have a passport. They will appear in court again on Wednesday for a bail hearing.
Trial has been scheduled for April 27, 2015.
