MINEOLA, N.Y. (AP) -- Entertainer Flavor Flav's New York speeding case has been postponed again.
The Long Island native was told Friday he must return to Nassau County Court on July 11.
The charges stem from his arrest as he raced to his mother's funeral on Jan. 9.
Police say the rapper and reality TV star was speeding and driving without a license, a felony, on Long Island's Meadowbrook Parkway.
His attorney, Indji Bessim, says she is still trying to work out a possible agreement with prosecutors to resolve the charges.
Last month, Drayton settled charges in Las Vegas after allegedly threatening his longtime girlfriend's teenage son.
Flav, whose real name is William Drayton, groused on Friday that flights from there to New York were becoming expensive.
