Flash flood warning in effect until 7:15 p.m.
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A flash flood warning has been issued by the National Weather Service until 7:15 p.m. Friday for west central Clark County.
According to NWS, their Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms over the Spring Mountain range at about 5:27 p.m.
The thunderstorms are producing very heavy rain and is nearly stationary.
Locations impacted include Mount Charleston, Rainbow Canyon, Kyle Canyon and Harris Spring Road.
Flash flooding in the area could result in mud and debris flow because of the lack of vegatation after the Carpenter 1 wildfire.
