Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Clark County District Attorney's Office has determined that a shooting in August of last year was reasonable and lawful.
Joshua Oscar Burchell was shot by FBI agents on Aug. 2, 2012.
Burchell was a suspect in a murder and had outstanding warrants for his arrest in Clark County and California.
He was tracked tracked to the Arizona Charlie's hotel and casino on Boulder Highway. He was shot there by FBI agents during a confrontation in a parking lot.
A Police Fatality Public Fact-Finding Review was not conducted because the shooting happened before they were required by law.
The determination that the agents acted lawfully was based on the evidence available at the time.
