Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A vacant house was destroyed by fire late Sunday evening. The exact cause of the fire is undetermined.
There were no reported injuries during the incident.
Las Vegas fire dispatchers received numerous 911 calls at 10:15 p.m. Sunday that a house at 305 North Crestline Drive, near Torrey Pines and Washington, was on fire.
When firefighters arrived on scene they found a one-story wood frame house heavily involved with fire and the roof of the house already caving in.
Neighbors told fire investigators the house has been vacant for at least two years and people were seen going into and leaving the house. There was also evidence that squatters may have been using the house.
Fire investigators also found it appeared someone might have taken the copper wiring from the house. There were no utilities connected to the house.
Damage was estimated at $57,000.
This is not the first time the home has caught fire.
