Henderson, NV (KTNV) -- An early-morning crash near North Stephanie Street and West Galleria Drive in Henderson has killed a 22-year-old man from Las Vegas.
According to police, a 2007 Nissan Versa was traveling northbound on Stephanie Street at a high rate of speed when it's driver, 24-year-old Jose Ortega-Guzman of Las Vegas, lost control.
The car hit a curb and rolled several times, coming to rest in a desert area east of Stephanie Street.
A passenger in the car died at the scene.
Ortega-Guzman, who was not wearing a belt, was ejected from the vehicle and taken to Sunrise Hospital's Trauma Unit for treatment.

Ortega-Guzman could face a DUI with death if his blood alcohol content is over the legal limit.
