Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A couple from Oregon is in hot water after having sex on a flight to Las Vegas.

It happened June 30 on an Allegiant Airlines flight from Oregon to Las Vegas.

The couple is now facing federal charges for "lewd, indecent and obscene acts on an airplane," according to the criminal complaint posted by The Smoking Gun.

According to witnesses, 33-year-old Jessica Stroble performed oral sex on Christopher Martin.

In return, Martin put his hand down the pants of Stroble.

Later in the flight, Stroble again performed oral sex on Martin.

According to New York Daily News, at least two passengers alerted flight attendants about what was happening.

Las Vegas police questioned the couple upon their arrival and federal charges were later filed.

Martin, who is the operations director for an Oregon vineyard owned by his father, has taken a leave of absence.

Stroble works at a beauty salon in Oregon.
