Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Two Las Vegas comic book stores recently held signings, featuring a creator who is physically disabled, but hasn't let that stop him from sharing his comic book creation.

Alternate Reality Comics on Maryland Parkway and Cosmic Comics on Flamingo hosted signings with Larime Taylor last week.

He is the creator, writer and artist of the new Image Comics series, A Voice in the Dark.

This is Taylor's first comic book creation, initially started as a Kickstarter project, which allowed him to produce physical copies of the first two issues to show publishers at conventions.

At the San Diego International Comic-Con of 2013, Image Comics was so impressed with the series they signed him on the spot.

Taylor was born with Arthrogryposis, a congenital disorder that leaves him without the use of his arms or legs, so he writes and draws with his mouth.
