North Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- North Las Vegas police have made an arrest in a Halloween crash that killed a teen mother.
On Tuesday, police arrested Leonard Novell Walker II for six felony charges in connection with the Oct. 31 crash that killed a 17-year-old girl and severely injured an elderly couple.
The crash happened at Ann Road and Coleman Street.
Walker was traveling on Ann Road when he struck the passenger side of a Chrysler sedan occupied by 17-year-old Savannah McInnis, her two-year-old son, and a couple in their 70s.
McInnis died at the scene, the elderly couple was hospitalized in critical condition and the toddler sustained minor injuries.
Walker remained at the scene and cooperated fully with the investigation.
Evidence suggested Walker was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash and that his blood alcohol content was over the legal limit.
Investigators estimated Walker's vehicle was traveling more than 77 miles per hour in a 45 zone, which presented a reckless disregard for the safety of other drivers.
Walker faces three counts of reckless driving resulting in death or substantial bodily harm, one county of DUI causing death and two counts of DUI causing substantial bodily harm
His bail is currently set at $200,000.
Since the crash, the elderly woman was released from the hospital where her husband remains in critical condition.
