Bunkerville, NV (KTNV) -- Since the battle has started over the Bundy family and their dispute with the BLM, militia men have been in the area.
Action News has heard concerns from many of the local residents about those armed militia members coming into their neighborhood, some of them camping out at the river, while others are stationed around the Bundy ranch.
Although Congressman Steven Horsford said they need to go, the militia members said their numbers are increasing.
One man arrived from Colorado on Thursday. He felt he needed to physically be there to support Cliven Bundy and his battle against the BLM.
One woman arrived on Monday from Washington, and said she went out there to demand more government transparency, but is worried some members of the militia are using Bundy to advance their own specific political agendas.
She said she's leaving on Friday to head home, fearing for her safety after arguing with other supporters.
It appeared as though they were more willing to take her place and join the Bundy militia.
