(KTNV) -- A school in Scottsdale, Arizona, recently threatened to kick out an 8-year-old boy all because of some doodles.
The school's principal said the drawings were too violent and told the parents that their child was a danger to other children.
The boy drew a soldier and a ninja and combined it with a story about a killer zombie. According to his parents, the drawings were ideas for Halloween costumes.
The boy's father says his son has no history of violence and the whole thing is ridiculous.
The school's handbook says drawings that depict weapons are grounds for expulsion but the child's dad didn't wait for that to happen and pulled his son from the school.
