Arizona man arrested for driving under the influence of meth
Mohave County, AZ (KTNV) -- Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested a Fort Mohave man for aggravated driving under the influence.
On Wednesday around 9:40 a.m., deputies contacted 53-year-old Donnie Day in reference to a DUI investigation where he was taken into custody without incident.
On Oct. 6, deputies conducted a traffic stop on Highway 95 at Camp Mohave Road.
Day was arrested for driving on a suspended license. During the stop, deputies suspected Day to be driving under the influence.
Following field sobriety tests, Day was taken into custody.
Deputies recently received lab results back from that day, which showed Day had methamphetamine in his system while driving.
He was transported and booked.
