North Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A 17-year-old girl is dead after a crash Thursday night on the way home from a Halloween party with her grandparents and toddler son.
The coroner has identified her as Savannah McInnis, of North Las Vegas.
The crash happened at about 9:43 p.m. North Las Vegas police believe that the 74-year-old grandfather was driving his Chrysler sedan south on Coleman Street when he crossed paths with a Dodge Dakota traveling west on Ann Road.
The Dodge Dakota struck the Chrysler on the driver's side, killing McInnis and injuring the other three occupants.
The grandfather and 72-year-old grandmother suffered life-threatening injuries. The woman's two-year-old son received non-life threatening injuries.
All three were transported to the hospital.
The 21-year-old driver of the Dodge was not injured. At this time, it remains unclear who had the right away at the time of the collision or if speed and/or alcohol was involved.
