Allegiant Air passengers delayed after computer outage

Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Allegiant Air experienced a computer outage on Monday morning.
The outage caused a slowdown at its ticket counter at McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas.
Because of the outage, the airline was checking in passengers manually.
As of 1 p.m. on Monday, Allegiant Air reported its computer system was back up and running.
It's unclear what caused the outage.
The airline was responding to angry travelers on its Twitter page, including one that reads, "Sorry for any disruptions as we work through a system outage. We appreciate your patience."
Another Twitter response reads, "We're experiencing a computer system outage at the moment and will be proceeding manually."
