Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The second suspect in a shooting that happened in February at a parking garage on the Las Vegas Strip has been arrested.
22-year-old Ariya Manoi was arrested on Nov. 5 even though police have been looking for him since the Feb. 6 shooting.
18-year-old Devante Jeffers was arrested shortly after the shooting took place.
The shooting allegedly happened over a disagreement between two teenagers and a job.
According to police, Jeffers and a person only identified as "Lee" at the time had gotten into an argument with two teenage boys and a girl as they walked down a street near the Hard Rock Cafe.
The argument was about whether or not Jeffers was responsible for one of the teens losing his job at a pizza joint.
The group of teens then asked another teen for a ride. She took them to the parking garage of the Showcase Mall.
As the group exited the elevator in the lobby, multiple shots rang out.
Three people were shot during the incident and two of them were critically injured. One of those, Jeremy Miller was shot several times.
