Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A reward is being offered for information surrounding the hit and run crash that severely injured a local six-year-old.

A friend of the Ward family told Action News that a $10,000 reward is now being offered for the arrest and conviction of the driver who left the scene after hitting Brazyl Ward.

The incident happened on Halloween when Brazyl was trick or treating with her family near Buffalo Drive and Peace Way.

Brazyl remains in a medically-induced coma at the hospital.

Anyone with information on the driver involved is asked to contact Las Vegas police or Crime Stoppers at (702) 385-5555.
