Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A Las Vegas doctor has been arrested after hiring a person as a primary physician that was not a doctor.
Dr. Carmen F. Jones is accused of allowing Zeeshan Malik Hoodbhoy to pose as a physician at a Las Vegas Health Center on South Rainbow near the beltway.
Jones also allowed the practice to rubberstamp her signature on prescription meds when she wasn't there.
Jones is also accused of writing prescriptions for patients she had never examined and basing the prescriptions on text messages.
