Animal Foundation cuts adoption fees to $10 as part of contest
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Any day is a good day to get a dog, especially starting on Sunday.
The Animal Foundation is cutting adoption fees all the way down to $10.
It's part of a contest. The Animal Foundation is trying to beat out other shelters around the country, by having the highest adoption rate this summer.
If they win, they'll receive $100,000 to use for animal care.
They're currently in second place nationally, just 62 adoptions behind Riverside County Department of Animal Services.
They have two locations, one at Mojave and Bonanza and the other at Lake Mead and Water Street in Henderson.
The Adopt-A-Thon will continue through Aug. 30.
