Douglas County, NV (KTNV) -- Hundreds of firefighters are out on the lines against another massive wildfire south of Reno.
The Bison Fire is now more than 25,000 acres. It started on July 4 after a lightning strike.
Fire crews said they only have 25-percent containment because of high winds, but fortunately, no homes are being threatened.
More than 700 firefighters are battling the flames on the ground, along with a lot of air support.
The Bureau of Land Management estimates the cost of battling this fire has already reached $3.5 million.
Full containment isn't expected until Sunday.
