Medical episode may be to blame for Henderson crash
Henderson, NV (KTNV) -- A 66-year-old Henderson man died Saturday after likely having a medical episode while driving and then crashing his vehicle.
The man was traveling on Galleria Drive at Marks Street around 12:30 p.m., when the vehicle went off the road.
The man was found slumped over the wheel unconscious and may have suffered a heart attack. He was taken to the hospital where he later died.
No other vehicles were involved and no other injuries were reported.
Speed, drugs and alcohol do not appear to be factors in the crash.
The man's name and cause of death will be released by the Clark County Coroner's Office.
