Man who drowned in Lake Mead leaves behind family
LAS VEGAS, NV (KTNV) -- The man who drowned in Lake Mead Sunday leaves behind a fiance, a 14-month-old son and an unborn daughter.
30-year-old Curtis Ficarrotta was boating with friends when he fell off the boat and later drowned. Ficarrotta is a graduate of Cimarron High School and worked as a guide for Scoot City Tours. His fiance Tara Weber will have to raise their children without him.
The family is planning to hold a memorial for him at Mount Charleston next week. The family has set up a fund to raise money for Curtis' children. You can find it at http://gofundme.com/3eh1v4.
