REPORT: Woman shot man in back of head because of drug deal
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Las Vegas police have arrested Dawnyell Flynn for the murder of a man on Palos Verdes Street on Nov. 1, 2012.
According to a report released today, Patrick Lowe visited an appartment in the 3800 block of Palos Verdes to purchase cocaine from Flynn and a man named Lawrence Fuller.
After paying for the drugs, Lowe was unhappy with the amount he received and demanded his money back.
Flynn allegedly attempted to resolve the situation outside the apartment but Lowe began threatening to call the police.
Flynn then returned to the apartment and told Fuller to kill Lowe.
Fuller allegedly followed her orders and shot Lowe several times in the apartment building's alley.
However, the report says that Lowe was not dead and Flynn went back outside and shot him once in the back of the head.
Police were able to recover evidence from the scene and spoke to several witnesses who told police what happened.
Flynn is being charged with conspiracy to commit murder and murder with use of a deadly weapon.
A search of police records indicate that Fuller was arrested on Nov. 25, 2012, and was charged with conspiracy to commit murder and murder with use of a deadly weapon.
Flynn has been booked into the Clark County Detention Center.
