Safe Faith United seeing huge support from community
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The domestic violence organization in desperate need of financial support to stay open has received some help.
Since Action News' report on Tuesday about the money crunch at Safe Faith United , donations have started to pour in.
Director Rebeca Ferreira said they've already received enough money to continue their service to domestic violence victims for another month.
That includes their rent, insurance and their Cox Communications bill, which is vital to keep their hotline number open.
Ferreira said Safe Faith United needs about $5,000 a month to maintain its operation.
