Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Las Vegas father accused of abusing his toddler so badly that the boy died is due in court this morning.
It was last Thursday that Las Vegas police arrested the 26-year-old man in his northwest valley home for the death of his son Khayden.
The boy died at University Medical Center from injuries.
Quisano told investigators the boy had fallen off the back of a couch.
But, doctors said the toddler's injuries were "inconsistent" with the father's story.
Khayden had a fractured skull, bruised lungs, and possibly a lacerated spleen.
The people who live near the Quisano family are still in disbelief.
Neighbors say the Quisanos have another child.
Child Protective Services say that child is now in their care.
