Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The men accused of killing a local teen for his iPad, appeared in a Las Vegas courtroom on Friday.
Police said Michael Solid and Jacob Dismont stole 15-year-old Marcos Arenas' iPad, then ran him over when he tried to get it back last month.
On Friday, the case was passed on to a grand jury to determine if the case will go to district court.
Family of Arenas was in the courtroom, facing the accused killers.
Both Solid and Dismont are being held behind bars without bail.
