Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A California lawyer was recently arrested after a wild birthday celebration at one of the most prestigious hotels on the Las Vegas Strip.
According to the police report, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police officers were summoned to Encore Las Vegas by hotel security.
Upon arrival, they encountered Los Angeles lawyer Robert Pearman and several other people inside of a high-roller suite.
Police officers noted in the report that the room was in total disarray with broken glass throughout the room; overturned furniture; numerous food items splattered on carpeting, walls and drapery; and several items damaged or destroyed.
Officers say Pearman told police officers "I take full responsibility for what happened here, we were partying."
The report says that Pearman appeared intoxicated and a strong odor of alcohol was emanating from his body.
Pearman also told Encore personnel that he would "depose Steve Wynn, and make this place Napalm."
Encore management gave Pearman numerous opportunities to pay for the damages and not press charges but Pearman declined.
The lawyer was then placed under arrest and booked into the Clark County Detention Center accordingly.
Pearman is facing a charge of Injury to Property of Another.
