Monte Carlo entrance undergoes a transformation
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Some changes are under way on the front entrance of the Monte Carlo on the south end of the Strip.
It's part of an MGM Resorts makeover for the Monte Carlo and New York New York.
The fountains are being torn out along with the front of the building to make room for an open air park between the two resorts.
The LVCVA said more than $5 billion is being spent on improvements along the Strip and downtown.
