Police locate iPad stolen during deadly robbery

Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Action News has learned the iPad stolen in a robbery that left a teen dead has been located. 

The iPad was found by police during an unrelated narcotics investigation on Wednesday night. 

Police don't know how the iPad got there.

Marcos Arenas, 15, was killed protecting his iPad from two thieves last week. Police arrested Michael Solid and Jacob Dismont as suspects in the case. 

Both suspects were denied bail by a judge in court on Thursday morning.

Now, authorities are working to determine how the iPad made it to the location where it was seized.
