Third person named in exotic bird death
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A third person has been named in the death of an exotic bird at the Flamingo Hotel and Casino.
Hazhir Kargaran now faces charges for instigating, engaging in or furthering an act of cruelty to an animal along with malicious destruction of property and trespassing.
Kargaran was summoned to court as a result of a follow-up investigation into the incident, which happened on October 12.
Justin Teixeira and Eric Cueller were arrested shortly after police said they chased and beheaded a helmeted guinea fowl named Turk.
