Theft of school-issued iPads continues in Clark County
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Clark County School District officials are now reporting more than 80 iPads have been stolen from students in its district.
Action News has reported about the problem in the past.
Police say thieves are targeting young kids carrying the school-issued iPads.
They are worth about $500 each.
The school district says that every iPad has a distinct security bar code and other safeguards in place but the iPads are still being stolen.
