Woman killed in condo fire identified
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Clark County Coroner's Office has identified the woman killed in a condo fire on Wednesday.
She was 60-year-old Carolyn Zwierzynski of Las Vegas.
Firefighters said Zwierzynski was pulled from her burning condo on Melody Rose Avenue and taken to University Medical Center, where she later died.
The cause of the fire appeared to be careless smoking.
Zwierzynski's pet dog was also killed in the fire.
