Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The residents in one central valley neighborhood are just getting to sleep now after a gas leak last night.
The incident happened around 12:10 a.m. this morning after a construction crew hit a gas main.
Traffic was shut down in both directions on Decatur Boulevard near Flamingo Road.
The gas leak sent plumes of gas and dust high into the air.
It took crews a couple of hours to get everything under control.
The road is now open again. Officials say that everything is under control and there is no reason for concern.
