Manny Pacquiao likely won't fight again in U.S.
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Boxing fans around the world have been waiting years to see a fight between Las Vegas local Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao.
But don't get your hopes up. According to recent reports, Pacquiao could be done with fighting in the United States.
His next fight will be in Macau. He is scheduled to box Brandon Rios at The Venetian in Macau in November.
Pacquiao fights are huge money makers in Las Vegas. But, according to Yahoo Sports, he won't be fighting in the U.S. again because of federal income taxes.
His fight in Macau will put millions more in his pocket than if he entered the ring in the U.S.
Tax rates in the states are pushing 40 percent. The tax rate in Macau is barely 12 percent.
Pacquiao is hoping to break a two-fight losing streak when he enters the ring against Rios.
