Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A fire that caused $1 million in damage on Wednesday morning reignited just hours later.
Firefighters returned to the scene at about 4 p.m. after the medical office building on Maryland Parkway near Desert Inn road sparked again.
Crews worked to keep the blaze from spreading.
The fire was initially reported at about 8:30 a.m. Wednesday morning. Clark County Fire Dept. officials said the building houses Quest Diagnostics, West Coast Imaging, Southern Nevada Medical Group and Sunrise Pediatrics.
Employees were just arriving to work at the time and no injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire and second round of flames remains unclear.
