Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Blustery winds turned a warm Monday morning into a chilly Monday afternoon.
The winds were so strong at times and kicked up so much dust, you could barely see the mountains on the west or east side of the valley.
It also looked like fog was hanging over the Las Vegas Beltway at Summerlin Parkway.
But, the dust didn't bother everyone. Some, like Nichole Winn, saw a glimmer of light in the gloomy clouds. Winn told Action News, "It just feels good. It's not hot. Like, everybody's complaining about it being hot and windy. I like it."
That's a good thing, because high, cooler winds are in the forecast again for Tuesday.
