Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Three people suspected in the death of the state's chief insurance examiner are due in a Las Vegas court this morning.
The three suspects are facing murder charges.
The body of 62-year-old William McCune was found bound with duct tape and wrapped in a blanket in the Carson River.
He had been missing since Wednesday.
Sheriff's deputies arrested 23-year-old Michael Evans in Carson City. The other three suspects were arrested on the Las Vegas Strip after they apparently tried to sell McCune's computer items.
The three suspects are 20-year-old Anthony Elliot, 22-year-old Raul Garcia and 20-year-old Makyla Blackmore.
There will face a Clark County judge at 7:30 a.m. this morning before being transferred to Carson City.
Investigators say some of the suspects knew McCune and the motive was likely theft of properly to money from him.
