Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- On Saturday, April 6, Clean Energy Project will team up with The Perfect Scoop and Boba Tea to host Nevada’s first Carrotmob, a campaign used to promote green energy practices in local businesses.
Carrotmob events drive customers to come to a business at a specified time and the business pledges to use a percentage of their elevated sales to make energy efficient improvements. There have been 250 successful Carrotmob campaigns in more than 20 countries around the world, and Clean Energy Project is bringing the Carrotmob campaign to Nevada for the first time.
Home Energy Connection has provided a free energy audit to locally owned ice cream shop, The Perfect Scoop and Boba Tea, on what kind of energy upgrades are possible for cost savings. This Carrotmob will focus on increasing The Perfect Scoop’s profits to create enough funding for the proposed energy changes.
The Perfect Scoop and Boba Tea is located at 5035 South Fort Apache, Suite 104. The event is happening from noon to 5 p.m.
