The man that authorities say is responsible for that crash will be making an initial court appearance today.

18-year-old Jean Soriano is currently being held at the Clark County Detention Center without bail for the crash that happened very early Saturday morning.

Authorities arrested him for driving under the influence after he rear ended a van carrying seven family members about 80 miles north of Las Vegas.
