Nevada sees a slight drop in gas prices
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Nevada is seeing a slight drop in gas prices, according to data released by AAA on Tuesday.
Drivers in Nevada are now paying an average of $3.83 per gallon for regular unleaded gasoline. That's up from $3.51 a gallon last month, but officials say the price is starting to slip.
The drop is due to a switch to summer-blend gasoline in many areas and completion of refinery maintenance, according to Robert Brown, AAA Nevada Public Affairs Director.
Drivers nationwide currently pay an average of $3.70 a gallon.
