Sen. Reid lashes out at house speaker over "fiscal cliff"
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- There is still no deal as we edge closer to the "fiscal cliff."
President Obama is scheduled to host a meeting today that might help end the stalemate.
He is sitting down with congressional leaders at the White House. But, it may be too late.
There are only four days left before the deadline and tempers are flaring.
Democrat Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada lashed out at Republican House Speaker John Boehner and even accused him of running a dictatorship in the House.
President Obama flew home from his Hawaiian vacation early to try and help get things straightened out.
The House of Representative will convene Sunday night to hopefully hammer out a compromise.
If not, taxes will go up Tuesday for nearly every American if the two sides can not agree.
